What is the administration commission?
The administration commission represents theequivqlent value of the analisys, the processing and the evaluation review of the funding request and the pursuit of the contract during its execution.
What DDU and DDP mean?
DDP is the abbreviation of Delivered Duty Paid: for imported goods, the supplier’s price includes all import taxes (customs duties, excise duties, value added tax).
At the opposite side there is DDU: Delivered Duty Unpaid . For imported goods, the supplier’s price includes the transport cost, but does not include the value added tax.
What is the residual value?
The residual value represents the value at which the property right is being transferred to the client after the client’s payment of all leasing rates stipulated in the contract and all the other owed sums according to the contract
Is it possible the closing of a leasing contract in advance?
The leasing contractcan be closed in advance but not earlier than 12 months from the date at which the property right is being transferred to the client (in accordance with the provisions of the G.O. 51/1997 republished in year 2000, the minimum term of a leasing contract is 12 months).
Can you pay more cumulative rates in advance?
It is possible the payment of some rates in advance on the basis of a written request from the user to specify the number of rates that are to pe payed in advance and the exact payment date.
In what circumstances can a leasing contract be transferred?
A leasing contract can be transferred only with the express consent of the leasing company. The transferee must submit the same set of documents for the analysis that the transferor presented at the request of the funding.
In the terms in which the transferee corresponds to the evaluation criteria, the assignment will be accepted after the analysis tax is being paid.
